Our Policies

Travel Fee

If you're located more than 15 miles from George Mason University and request an estimate, a $40 travel fee will apply only if you decide not to move forward with the repair. If you decide to move forward with the repair, the travel fee will be waived.

If you report an issue within 60 days of a repair and we find that the problem is due to user error rather than the repair itself, a $40 travel fee will be charged.

During the Repair

You do not need to be present during the repair as long as the equipment is accessible and any instructions are provided, the technician will complete the repair without you having to be present. We will update you on our progress and notify you when the repair is complete.
